Snappers Comedy Club Fort Myers is a local comedy venue that has been around since '88. The club offers season passes that save lots of money, and the food is great, fantastic, and very good. The drinks are so amazing, and the staff is always amazing and solid. The venue is very intimate with every seat being a pretty great view. The club features three acts every time, including a host, feature act, and headline comedian. Big names like Brian Scolaro and R C Smith have performed, and the club's back wall is covered with headshots of comedians who started their careers there. The food consistently includes items like calamari and boiled shrimp entrees, though some miss the buffalo cauliflower from a previous menu. Service is friendly and efficient, and the comedians handle obnoxious hecklers well. The club also hosts a monthly mic night for up-and-coming comedians and a fun hypnotist show. While some guests were disappointed by a featured comedian stealing jokes and checks arriving too early during the headline act, the club remains entertaining and a great time for many.
