I was tentative on picking up bagels due to the fact that I am from New York and I didn't think that they made good bagels in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the bagels were quite good and I have no complaints and anytime I am in the area I will stop at empire bagel factory to get bagels. Also, the people behind the counter were extremely friendly and service was quick again. I will be accustomed when I am in the area

Being from NJ I may have higher standardw when it comes to bagles, but I was very disappointed. The staff was very friendly. The bagles tasted like they were the Thomas's brand bagels you find in the food store. You know the ones that come prepackaged in plastic bags of six.
