All 5 stars to Savannah for going above and beyond for me and another customer today. I was pretty upset about an order I placed that was wrong. But she fixed it for me and was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to do something she didn't have to.
I placed an order for delivery - there were a few items missing (it happens). I called the location, the manager addressed this right away and handled it with exceptional professionalism. I will be ordering from them again very soon. The food was fresh and delicious. Great

So this panera bread is in a good spot as it's one of the better paneras it hasn't been updated or renovated liketheve done to the Panerai in coconut point but hasn't been to much of a hassle because the original layout never really bothered any of us anyhow. The staff an gm are all cool looking dudes and seems like a fun place to relax for an hour or so
