I usually love to come to Panera, but they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I was waiting for some to go drinks and nobody wanted to service me kept sending me back-and-forth to each other. The staff here simply have no customer service values. They are very rude people. I will literally drive 10 minutes away just to go to a better Panera than this. Do not come here unless you want people to just be rude to you.

Walked in and casher never greeted us properly. Never smiled , not very friendly. It was our first time & didn't know you had to go around the corner to a window to pick up your order. Cashier never told us and seen us standing and waiting. I don't think I will be back.

$8 bucks for a coffee and cinnamon roll? When asked if I could have it warmed up I was instructed there was a microwave behind me I could use! Are you kidding me! Makes sense why no one was there on a Sunday morning! Go to Starbucks, at least they will heat it for you. Next time one of my customers come in for an oil change I’ll have them pay and instruct them, the lift is right there you can change it yourself.

So this panera bread is in a good spot as it's one of the better paneras it hasn't been updated or renovated liketheve done to the Panerai in coconut point but hasn't been to much of a hassle because the original layout never really bothered any of us anyhow. The staff an gm are all cool looking dudes and seems like a fun place to relax for an hour or so

All 5 stars to Savannah for going above and beyond for me and another customer today. I was pretty upset about an order I placed that was wrong. But she fixed it for me and was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to do something she didn't have to.

In the passed 2 weeks I've noticed a remarkable downturn in the offerings..On mid morning visits there are no bagels, hardly any pastries to choose..The coffees are routinely luke warm at best necessitating the use of their microwave..Even the soup was not hot..Something is definitely wrong in this location.

What the heck with the prices of this place lately? It's literally a grab and go cafe that is charging more than nice restaurants now. Popped in for a quick lunch on the go, got a you pick 2 with CUP of soup and HALF sandwich w/ a tea and it was SIXTEEN.82. I'm sorry what?! I could go get a steak at outback or an entree at Cantina Laredo for this. Absolutely insane.
