My family stayed at the Holiday Inn the Caribbean Grill is connected to the last week for Spring Break. We had several meals and drinks there throughout the week. The bartender Crystal was there almost every time and DOES AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! Great service and hospitality. This restaurant was absolutely amazing from the food customer service and the flavor. All of the entrées we had were absolutely amazing. If you are in the Fort Myers area this is a go to place to eat especially if you enjoy Caribbean cuisine. Try the oxtail or the curry chicken it was a burst of flavors and seasonings. Go check them out.

My receptionist had been ranting and raving about this food so I ordered the chicken for lunch and it was juicy and flavorful, the veggies and mashed potatoes were immaculate ! Definitely going to be ordering in the future.
