The atmosphere was welcoming and the service attentive. The duck croquets shared by two in our party were not our favorites, but every other part of the meal was amazing. One person had the mushroom soup and said that both the texture and flavor were wonderful. As always our dinning experience was outstanding. My wife had the 3 birds and I had the Kobe steak. both were excellent. Not only that but the way you are greeted and treated is very special. Caesar always comes over to talk for a moment and Harold always comes over as well. We enjoy sitting at the chefs counter and watch the chef (sorry forgot his name) prepare the desserts Every time we are in Fort Myers we have dinner there. Coming from Naples we decided to brave the 40 min drive try Harold's based upon it's creative menue offerings. Falls somewhat short in some important areas that w/dilligent attention may be corrected herewith. Service: "leisurely" lacking in the basics i.e. appropriate serving dishes & cutlery provided Food: Both my duck croquettes & swordfish were served cool to warm ... my preference would be warm to piping hot, the over abundence of cream sauces...
