i just wish there was one good fish place in ft myers. i tried twice to enjoy this restaurant but this time no difference we order waters and a few sodas The waters came out the lemonade out, but not the sodas. I just don’t understand so we waited another 10 minutes for us to beverage come out It gets better. waited an hour before the food came out on top of that my sons meal didn’t even make to the table till we were done. bad service. food this time OK except for the hamburgers and I don’t know how you can mess up a hamburger, but they seem to manage to do that too and I really wanted to support this Pine Island restaurant. They have one in Cape Coral here at Gulf Coast town center. not worth the time or the money

Took waitress along time to come . We ordered clam chowder and terrible had a bad taste . Ordered chicken tenders . They were over cooked and very dry . Could not eat them . We had no silverware to eat with . Waitress was new very nice but you just don’t put her out there alone . She tried her best .

We visited on 3/18/24 evening, was not our first visit but was definitely the best. We had reservations, which was recommended online. Our server was Irvin, his customer service was so great. Food came out super fast and was excellent. This is our favorite restaurant by far.

One word best describing the food, awful! I had the grouper and chips, fish was not close to being fresh and served full of grease and soggy with the breading falling off as you try to pick it up. Did not like the fries which were like planks, not crispy as the menu said. Wife had the Pow Pow Shrimp Tacos that were soggy as well with not much flavor and very salty. Overall NOT a good meal and were very disappointed as we have been wanting to check this place out for a long time. Terrible food. Save yourself the time and money and go to Pinchers around the corner.

Ordered food. Appetizers And seafood feast. Fish was hot everything else cold and ...waitress asked about all the food left on plate told her it came out cold and .she said she would tell someone. And came back with bill.and never said anything else. Waited for Lil bit.. talked to the table next to us they said same ..half their food was not hot..and .no help..not sure if just a bad day but..very nice looking place...on the good side..

Edit** went back and had the absolute worst service I've ever had at a restaurant.Not only did the server give wrong information about the menu, she was rude and very annoyed by her job. Food was mediocre at best. The rice was atrocious. I do not see myself returning.Loved everything about this place! The owner Kyle was a super cool guy too!

Have been to this restaurant several times but won’t be back. It started bad then got worse. From ordering two drinks (which had to be repeated three times) that still came out wrong (including the $2.50 upcharge for pre-stuffed horrible olives) to the chowder which was a gloppy mess followed by mediocre at best food, the experience was awful. The servers-who we think we’re in training-were clearly not trained and there appeared to be no manager in sight. Oh, and don’t try to substitute a salad for fries…you can buy an additional salad but not substitute…stupid…

So, went in this afternoon, pretty quiet for a Saturday mid-day which was surprising during peak season.Sat at the bar, no service for 10-15 minutes, so the people next to us gave us their menu to look at. (when we came in, no one greeted us nor gave us a menu.) Finally was able to order a drink, app.Then decided to order a burger - it came out raw, I declined and told them we were leaving.Service was really slow, granted someone didn't show up in the bar area to work, but so disappointing.So: not enough staff (please pay these people better so they show up), service was slow, food came out uncooked, no one greeted us at the front door or gave us a menu, oh and they don't take American express (minor irritation, but still annoying).Needless to say, we won't be back.
