Came after work for happy hour and the service was fast. Food was hot and delicious.
My family and i would come here once a week… the service was good, food was great. If something was wrong they would fix without a problem. Now March 2024 the new girls are not the best… they take forever to acknowledge a table unless you’re a single older guy. If something is wrong they get argumentative. They bring the food and sit it down and walk away so fast that you have to wait for them to comeback or ask someone else for missing items. I will be trying a new location for now on.
If you want some "food" aka wings with your grease soaked plate and wings, this is the dumpest Hooters to go to. Bottle beer is barely cold too, bar top sticky.Bartender is having a bad night as other waitresses are openly talking about it out loud infront of guest eating at bar. Not professional. I ate 2.5 wings when I stopped and handed the plate back and said no thanks of a 10 piece order. She tried saying it was the "butter" they use lol. Still charged me full pop $14.99 for the wings she dumbed in the garbage and didnt ask if I wanted anything else.Definitely wont be returning to this grease pit.

Great weekday lunch special from 11-2. $10 for one of a handful of different things and a side. We each got 10 boneless wings and fries. Food was out fast but fresh. Everything tasted great. Service was prompt.

Tonight Sunday February 24th before 10pm my husband was denied an alcoholic drink due to not having a Florida State ID yet having a valid government ID showing proof of age over 21. Waiter said it’s a new policy issued by governor Ron Desantis as of last year, I am extremely upset at this said “policy” not shown to the public upon entering. Hooters has definitely lost my business & will continue to loose business with in our community due to this reason.Update: I did my research the policy the waiter referred to is in support of Senate Bill 1718 in the state of Florida; “Drivers licenses given exclusively to undocumented immigrants in other states are invalid as of July 1, 2023.”. The service presented at Hooters today was based off of total discrimination. I will be contacting an attorney first thing Monday morning.I will no longer be supporting Hooters in their business. I ask my community to beware of the support Hooters has towards this bill as this is no alcoholic requirement for restaurant's issued an alcohol license in the state of Florida. To my Hispanic or minority/diverse communities, there are so many of us whom go with our families or friends to dine at this restaurant only to be discriminated at their discretion as soon as we enter the doors. Please save yourself the humiliation, disrespect and discrimination given by Hooters in Fort Myers.

After my Buffalo shrimp wrap came floating in oil, I was told, "Oh, the mild sauce is half butter and half sauce." I sent that back asking for the sauce on the side. The pic on the left is what I got. No flavor, room temp, and textured like griddy butter. I decided, using my fork to dip into my husband's medium sauce, pictured on the right, also swimming with butter. Which was too hot for me but had some flavor. The choices of sides were coleslaw or baked beans. The coleslaw was flavorless. I'm not sure if the beans would have been any better. One good point, the celery, which they charge extra for, was chrispy. Thought Hooters had good quality food.
