Good experience. The waiter Charles was very attentive and nice. Ordered 3 dishes and all tasted fresh and great! Ordered a drink and that tasted great as well. Smooth experience and those biscuits are mouth watering!

This place did everything right- just like Red Lobster almost always does. Great friendly service and good food. Cannot beat the cheddar biscuits. I do not think you can ever go wrong with this restaurant.

I ordered the Langostino - lobster dip. It was tasty, cheesy, and a lot of chips. However, could only find one or two pieces of fish in the dip! Rip off!

It was very good, I live in Plymouth, MA I am very picky with my seafood. Chowder was creamy no full of flour. Shrimp was bigger than I had expected. Fish & chips were to die for. The crab biscuits were so very good. My waitress was a delight to have waited on me. I left her a $10.00 tip, so 40% for great service..

Had David as our server. Our meal was great, love lobster fest. I had surf and turf and David substituted grilled shrimp for the scallops since I'm not into scallops. He was great and apparently is a manager but jumped in and served because they had call offs. He was super attentive and our food was really good...Really enjoyed my evening and he suggested a vanilla bean cheese cake which I got to go.....So good....great job...

I was torn writing this review because our server was really sweet, but this has to be the saddest dining experience I've had at a red lobster. My boyfriend has never been to red lobster before so I wanted to treat him to those yummy biscuits. We were greeted and sat right away. Our server walks up with a fresh basket of biscuits, yum! After that it was down hill! First, our server asked to take our order and as I ask for a Ceasar salad as my side, she lets me know they're out of all salad. Nothing chaps my hide more than being told a restaurant is out of something AFTER I ask for it. Not having a salad limits the side options basically by a 1/3, most of the other things were an upsell. Our food comes out, the lobster potatoes (the alternate side I settled on) was not good and came with 3 baby lobsters! My boyfriend enjoyed his meal, until he found a nice long blonde hair in his food (no we're not blonde). Needless to say that was the end of our dining experience. Our server was weeded ( waitress terms for super busy) since they were short staffed and it showed, but we tipped her well anyway. I'd wait to come here, they seem to need time to regroup.

Good food the lunch specials under $10 was actually 11.99 not 10$ and I didn't realize but the tablets they have at table have games and I let my 2 year old play and it cost me 1.99 on the bill.

My father lives at an assisted living facility here in Ft. Myers, so I come often to visit him. He's 102 years young, and whenever I come and ask him where he would like to go for lunch he always picks Red Lobster as his first choice. I dutifully agree, since Red Lobster is also one of my favorites restaurants. I believe I have tried most of their dishes, from simple grilled fish to Bar Harbor Bake to Lobsters to Crab legs and so on... never had a bad dish. My dad, due to his age, doesn't eat much, but loves the lobster bisque, the seafood stuffed mushrooms, the biscuits, the mussels... and always orders a Margarita to complement his feast. And at this particular Red Lobster I have to give kudos for the staff, service has always been excellent, very attentive, efficient and friendly. Special thanks to Flora, she was amazing during our last lunch there. Recommended!

Gross. I got the crab linguine, a lobster tail, and a baked potato. The potato was the only edible part of the meal. The crab was grainy & it was even worse mixed into the alfredo sauce. Lobster tail was tiny & poorly cleaned.

The start of our visit was a bit rocky. We waited to be seated for a hot minute and multiple servers were passing us. Then a server whose table had just finished and leaving noticed we were waiting. He rushed to clean the table to ensure that we were seated quickly. During dinner service although he was busy David, the server made sure to give us his utmost attention. He made sure to communicate with us to gratis of our order and made sure everything was correct. This experience that started as a not so pleasant became a nice evening because of this server.

arrived at 3:40 for an early dinner. there was a 20 minute wait as they did not have enough servers. when seated at 4:15 only 10-20% of the tables were occupied. It appeared the kitchen and wait staff were very frazzled. We got water at 4:30 and our order was taken at 4:43. ... over an hour after we arrived. Rolls and salad came at 4:50. salad dressing, honey mustard, blue cheese or ranch. no vinegar and oil based dressings avail. No butter and no server, but the food came out hot, The biscuits and coconut shrimp were excellent, the clams tasted both overcooked and frozen. the bacon scallops were good. Husband order some mango designer slushy drink that was very mediocre. 5:16 and we are still eating dinner. The waiter for the two tables next to us appeared to be very professional and polite. Our waiter was mostly mia, and i suspect a cook who got pulled out when they were short handed. Our bill was $57.01 , but it was given to and paid by another table. So our waiter gave us there bill fo $47.30?. We split a meal so $57 for a split meal and one $8 drink and $4 salad seems a bit high. Apparently our table computer was not working.

Last time we were at Red Lobster was in Orlando almost two decades ago. For my crustacean fix, we normally go to local seafood restaurants. With such a long absence, we've not set any level of expectation for our visit. We arrived for an early dinner little after 5 PM and the dining room was not packed or full. Yes, the signature lobster tank is still visible as you enter the dining room. Bethany, our server was very helpful and professional. I always love the tablet on the table. Beside the convenience of viewing and ordering the appetizers, drinks and dessert and pay your bill using the credit card. You can play a game before dinner for a fee! The ambiance in this franchise is on the dark side. Could use some tweaks or remodel to brighten and make it airier with a clean feel. We munch on Cheddar Bay Biscuit and sipping a Triple Berry Sangria. We always love their biscuit as usual. However, the Sangria could use a little alcoholic pour to enhance the berry flavor! My wife loves her coconut shrimps. They were crunchy and tasty. The coconut dip was excellent. Her remark on the dip was "almost like Pina Colada" My lobster tail, grilled shrimps and salmon were cooked perfectly. Salmon was juicy and moist and not overcooked. Lobster tail and grilled shrimps were fresh and delicious. Service was friendly, quick and professional. Will return again shortly!

This Red Lobster is awesome and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The shrimp was delicious and we always look forward to the cheddar biscuits. It makes sense with covid that the menu has to be limited but limiting salad dressing to Caesar was unnecessary, especially since the blue cheese dressing always went with those biscuits perfectly. Otherwise, excellent food and service!
