Always like their clam chowder and cheese biscuits. Tried the coconut shrimp/fried fish combo. Interior definitely needs touched up. Noticed dusty flat topped wood trim, section of corner wall paneling in bar area looks like got ran into many times, paneling high above barometer wall hanging where a small section damaged, and upright trim posts need cleaned or repainted. Generous portions of shrimp and fish. Good coleslaw.

Our four seniors wanted a leisurely reasonably priced lunch & our expectations were met. Few other diners were present and we were given a comfortable booth with low noise level as desired. Our waitress was pleasant & patient until all finally decided what they wanted. As usual, the Red Lobster rolls were prompt , warm, & delicious; we later took the remains of the second basket home with us. Wifey and I have been coming here for years, never a complaint. Today, however...there are a few.. We decided to try the 3 course deal..basically you pick a soup or salad, a main course, and a dessert (it's additional if you want something other than a brownie) I decided to get the garden salad, chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the brownie. I also splurged and ordered a shot Wild Turkey, straight. The waitress then told us there was a "delay" with the biscuits. They weren't open...read full review
