Rascals is my local close to home bar. The best times are just hanging playing the jukebox and social interactions with staff and customers. The shows and events could be streamlined so the customers can socialize. Roger and a few bartenders are awesome. They have fun and keep the bar service quick and engaging. While customers were friendly to me as a newcomer, staff lacked enthusiasm. A drink or shot on break, I guess if it's allowed....a bartender had 6 shots while I waited for 1? I just finished bingo and had a last drink outside and left. I wasn't concerned about the cost, I paid $40 for round trip fare, so I was prepared to spend to enjoy a day out.
