No food, poor service, decent atmosphere provided by the visiting patrons as opposed to the staff. Each time I've been here I've had to greet the people working so that I am able to get service. However, tonight I was greeted, but only to be told there was a two drink minimum in order for me to even participate in the festivities. Then when asking if our table could place an order we were told that we needed to go to the bar... something along the lines of "This is a bar, we don't have servers."

We visited Saturday night and were treated so horribly by the bartender that we feel unsafe returning. We were ridiculed for our drink order and publicly embarrassed by the short, younger, shirtless bartender at the inside bar. He created a very hostile environment and triggered the PTSD of a friend, causing the need for an ER visit due to a severe anxiety attack. The seriousness of the hostility leads to this review.
We just arrived in Fort Myers. What a warm welcome and great place to hang out. The boys were so nice and well not bad to look at either. Thank you everyone for making us feel so welcome. We will be back

Rascals is my local close to home bar. The best times are just hanging playing the jukebox and social interactions with staff and customers. The shows and events could be streamlined so the customers can socialize. Roger and a few bartenders are awesome. They have fun and keep the bar service quick and engaging. A few bartenders may insult you at times as they get to involved with drama. They are easy to avoid when you are there to forget your own pressures of work. Met friends there that I would never have met anywhere else. Definitely a gay man's place!

While customers were friendly to me as a newcomer, staff lacked enthusiasm. A drink or shot on break, I guess if it's allowed....a bartender had 6 shots while I waited for 1? I just finished bingo and had a last drink outside and left. I wasn't concerned about the cost, I paid $40 for round trip fare, so I was prepared to spend to enjoy a day out. Just wondering how many missed opportunities have happened due to employees lacking interest in customer satisfaction regardless if they are new or coming every day for years. Kudos for having a separate smoking area.

First time here. Love the place and the environment it has. I don't like to rate a place low, but to have a 50 dollar minimum to use your debit or credit card is absolutely ridiculous. They are trying to take your money or at least feels like it. If you are a drinker come here, but if you aren't stay away. Now a 2 drink stop will cost me 50 dollars.

Used to be good until the staff decides to serve who they like the best and apparently there’s no set price for drinks. Almost every time we go to purchase it’s a different price. Place has gone down hill. Some of the bar staff are cockey and downright rude.
