I know I haven't been to Jimmy John's in over 10 years I was getting my car washed next door and I was pleasantly surprised when I went into this one good service full menu and a tasty meal

Grace and staff were simply pleasant and professional. Went above and beyond to sample cater the Gateway Charter boys basketball showcase, the coaches lounge was expressing how delicious and displayed everything was! We will be back to order!

Yes I went into Jimmy John's today I asked for avocado to be added to my sandwich. They charged me $89 for avocado and when I couldn't taste it I went back downstairs and I asked for a cookie in place of the avocado. A man then made me dig through my entire sandwich to show me that little tiny bit of out avocado that if was put in a place where I could see I wouldn't have said anything I wouldn't be upset. The way the man treated me in there made me feel like a piece of garbage and there were people there and he had me digging through the meat of my sandwich instead of just giving me the cookie that I asked for as you can see what little bit of avocado was on my sandwich was not worth the dollar I paid for it oh I'm sorry 89 cents I paid for it. In the future instead of making a guest feel like a piece of garbage cuz I won't be back and I will tell everybody everybody and Word of Mouth travels that's bad advertisement have a good day

Deserves 0 stars! The lady rudly tried making my sub in a rush while i was still trying to figure out how to pay, three times she wrapped my sub up while i was trying to decide what toppings and acted like i was the problem. Terrible service

Ive ordered from this store countless times threw delivery and most of the time they are extremely accurate with our meals and if there is a mistake they are diligent to correct it. They are also extremely quick to deliver our food. Awesome Team Thank you!

Manager was very rude and had an unpleasant disposition for what seemed like little to no reason, the workers seemed to be a bit kinder though. Most likely would not dine-in/order take out here ultimately due to poor attitude and treatment from management.

There is NOTHING freaky fast about this location, watched an employee chewing while packing my order after waiting for 14 minutes at the window.
Employees need to eat, but not while actively packing a customers food. It's kind of gross honestly. (I only ordered 1 sandwich, no reason for the wait).
Nice enough, but don't expect to be in and out quickly.
