My first time going to a Kristy Kreme and the doughnuts are cold. Asides from that I give 5 dollars cash and a debit card. Cashier charges everything in the debit and tells me oh I charge everything first in the card and then what’s left with cash. Speechless that’s how I left that place. Handed me myv5 dollars back and didn’t even say sorry for not doing as told. Not going back to this place again.

Drove through at 6:06 there were ZERO customers in the store or in the line. They took our order, we drove to the window, we saw the employee standing there, he looked at us, and we waited until 6:15 and left because he didn’t open the window once and we saw him on the phone in the corner. We only ordered a 3 pack of original donuts and a drink.
