**Battery Review for Krispy Kreme Fort Myers: Italy Collection Disappointment**
I recently visited Krispy Kreme in Fort Myers, excited to try their advertised Italy Collection donuts, specifically the limone delight, tiramisu and cannoli inspired flavors (available until 8/17). However, I was disappointed to find that these specialty donuts were not at all available at the location.
Having driven specifically to try these treats, it was frustrating to discover that they don’t actually make them even that on the website is indicated that they do (especially that this is only Krispy Kreme in Fort Myers region). This lack of availability can mislead customers who are eager to indulge in these unique flavors. The promotions create high expectations, and when they aren't met, it can lead to a letdown.
The Italy Collection promises delightful flavors inspired by classic Italian desserts, including the Limon and Tiramisu-inspired delights. It would be great if Krispy Kreme could ensure that their stores carry these specialty items, especially when they are advertised.
Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the missing donuts, and I hope Krispy Kreme Fort Myers can improve their inventory to match their promotions in the future!!!

If I could put a zero star I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have never waited 30 minutes to get a doughnut and then when I get up to order they are out of coffee. Dunked doughnuts is just a couple buildings over and try them. They couldn't do any worse. Here you have 2 employee working at a snails pace. No help, No manager, they should just close this place down.

Walked in on a Friday night to order one dozen get one dozen for a buck, only two people ahead of me in line, had to be patient waiting, would have been faster going through the drive-thru just being honest, actually the drive-thru guy got my order once he was done getting the drive-thru cleaned up, everything else was fine

I had an incredible experience with the customer service here! I stopped by with a Good To Go coupon and was thrilled to find a delightful assortment of fresh donuts waiting for me. What really impressed me was their generosity: they honored my previously paid order despite my missed pick-up window! That kind of unexpected kindness truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. I can't wait to return, coupon or not—this place has won my loyalty!

Went to the drive thru and was given a hot coffee in a cup meant for cold drinks. I asked the server if this was a cup for hot drinks and he replied “yes”. Knowing better I went on my way but returned later w the rest of the coffee in the cold serve cup to speak with a manager. Her answer to the issue was “I’ll talk with him”. No care, no emotion, no apology. It was at that time I requested a refund. First and last time ordering coffee from KK.
The smell makes me gain 4 LBs not to mention the TASTE 💪🏽🫵🏼

Placed an online order, got there some minutes early. Order was not ready which was understandable. Store looked clean and there was a good variety of donuts including their promo ones who are usually unavailable.
A few observations for store owner. People serving food should not be doing cashier or other tasks. They have gloves on and are touching everything then the donuts. Something very important to improve for food safety for that took one star out.
With that said the doughnuts were fresh. All of them were very good. Too good and it’s a problem 🤣 . Service was also good.

This was my first time at a Krispy Kreme, and it was amazing! As soon as I walked in, the smell of fresh donuts was incredible. I tried the Original Glazed right off the line, and it literally melted in my mouth—so light, warm, and sweet. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. The store was clean and welcoming, and the variety of donuts was impressive. I can see why people love this place—I’m officially hooked!

My husband can spot Hot Now sign @KrispyKreme miles down the street before we get to it. We can be driving thru a new city, or just ate, it does not matter, they are perfect anytime. Should they get a little not so fresh on the counter. Not likely, but if they do make it that far, just nuke it for a couple of seconds, my husband says 11 seconds is the perfect number. But all microwaves vary.
We can't pass a hot fresh sign by! You can't go wrong. They are soft and hot pillows of goodness! Fresh and Delicious waiting for you! 😋
I would say they shorted us one doughnut, but my husband was just walking out into the garage, licking his fingers!
