When we visited they were having an issue with some of their equipment. It was a very loud noise that was continuous throughout our visit. They did have speciality doughnuts available, but not one original glazed doughnuts. We had to wait about 30 minutes for glazed doughnuts.

Talk about a WOW experience! I placed 2 large orders, one for delivery and one for pick up. My delivery order was being sent to my customers for an event. However, the DoorDash driver never delivered my order nor provided any proof of delivery. I called and spoke with the manager Tawanna Woods and she was AMAZING! She was immediately super eager to help me and assured me she would get it taken care of. She called DoorDash to get the food refunded to their store and the tip I left for the driver refunded to me. She and her team then remade the order for me to pick up in addition to my other pick up order I was coming in for. My order was ready SO FAST! And was hot and fresh! The entire team was so warm, friendly, and accommodating! They were all in great spirits and made me feel like such a valued customer. Having customers in the healthcare space, I bring donuts to them often. From now on, I will now ONLY give all my business to the Krispy Kreme at 4904 S Cleveland Avenue Fort Myers, FL all because of Tawanna and her team.Thank you so much again Tawanna and your fabulous team for helping turn such a stressful situation into a wonderful experience for me and my customers. I can’t thank you enough. You guys are the BEST!

**Battery Review for Krispy Kreme Fort Myers: Italy Collection Disappointment**
I recently visited Krispy Kreme in Fort Myers, excited to try their advertised Italy Collection donuts, specifically the limone delight, tiramisu and cannoli inspired flavors (available until 8/17). However, I was disappointed to find that these specialty donuts were not at all available at the location.
Having driven specifically to try these treats, it was frustrating to discover that they don’t actually make them even that on the website is indicated that they do (especially that this is only Krispy Kreme in Fort Myers region). This lack of availability can mislead customers who are eager to indulge in these unique flavors. The promotions create high expectations, and when they aren't met, it can lead to a letdown.
The Italy Collection promises delightful flavors inspired by classic Italian desserts, including the Limon and Tiramisu-inspired delights. It would be great if Krispy Kreme could ensure that their stores carry these specialty items, especially when they are advertised.
Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the missing donuts, and I hope Krispy Kreme Fort Myers can improve their inventory to match their promotions in the future!!!

If I could put a zero star I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have never waited 30 minutes to get a doughnut and then when I get up to order they are out of coffee. Dunked doughnuts is just a couple buildings over and try them. They couldn't do any worse. Here you have 2 employee working at a snails pace. No help, No manager, they should just close this place down.

Walked in on a Friday night to order one dozen get one dozen for a buck, only two people ahead of me in line, had to be patient waiting, would have been faster going through the drive-thru just being honest, actually the drive-thru guy got my order once he was done getting the drive-thru cleaned up, everything else was fine
