Talk about a WOW experience! I placed 2 large orders, one for delivery and one for pick up. My delivery order was being sent to my customers for an event. However, the DoorDash driver never delivered my order nor provided any proof of delivery. I called and spoke with the manager Tawanna Woods and she was AMAZING! She was immediately super eager to help me and assured me she would get it taken care of. She called DoorDash to get the food refunded to their store and the tip I left...
Walked in on a Friday night to order one dozen get one dozen for a buck, only two people ahead of me in line, had to be patient waiting, would have been faster going through the drive-thru just being honest, actually the drive-thru guy got my order once he was done getting the drive-thru cleaned up, everything else was fine
