Nancy is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered some sushi and was told it was cooked then I received it and saw it was not fully cooked and I asked for a replacement for the food I received and did not get anything I left it on the counter with the food in the bag you can check the cameras and I also did not ask for a refund only replaced the ones I gave back. The egg rolls were phenomenal. The rice and yum yum sauce were phenomenal. 3 out of the 4 sushi we ordered were delicious.
Decided to try this place for the first time as a last minute change of plans and boy was I surprised at how great all the food was. I ordered the spicy honey chicken bowl and this instantly is now my go to lunch spot. My wife and friends tried the sushi and chicken teriyaki and they were delighted with the taste, freshness, and overall service.

My new go to hibachi spot in Fort Myers. I’ve tried them all- to much dismay, but surprisingly Kyoto did not disappoint! Hibachi is fairly priced (for 2024) and tasted fresh. I really enjoyed it bc it wasn’t overly seasoned or greasy, just a nice simple hibachi. I had the shrimp hibachi and the portions were very generous. I’m usually apprehensive about takeout sushi but I’m glad I gave theirs a chance, it was really good. I had the spicy tuna; the rice wasn’t hard and the fish tasted fresh. Much better sushi quality I would expect from Publix and majority takeaway sushi experiences. It tasted like it was from an actual restaurant. The miso soup contained actual seaweed, tofu AND flavor! The cherry on top was that I didn’t even have to ask for white sauce, it was already in the bag (through a tad too sweet for my taste). I will definitely be returning!

My daughter and I usually order Sushi from this restaurant and are always pleased with the food & service. Tonight we decided to add their shrimp & steak hibachi to our order and it was AMAZING! The rice & veggies were cooked to perfection, the shrimp are large, and most importantly the steak was so tender. Kyoto has moved to the number 1 spot for us. My daughter always goes in to pick up our order and loves how friendly the lady at the front desk is to her! You most definitely should try their hibachi and/or sushi. You won’t be disappointed!!

Good value for the money! But I placed an order couple days ago and one of my rolls was messed up. Got something else instead and to be honest the taste was not good at all. The rolls were cut so thick and it's was unpleasant to eat. The taste was nothing special!

Great place for hibachi and Japanese food. Good prices and everything is made to order. We really like the bento boxes,hibachi chicken and steak, shrimp tempura, side salad and miso soup. They don’t do the cooking in front of you like a teppanyaki restaurant. But the food taste just like it. Not a whole lot of seating, but I did see a lot of people doing takeout especially from the academy nearby. There’s plenty of free parking and it’s easy to find from the main road.
