My new go to hibachi spot in Fort Myers. I’ve tried them all- to much dismay, but surprisingly Kyoto did not disappoint! Hibachi is fairly priced (for 2024) and tasted fresh. I really enjoyed it bc it wasn’t overly seasoned or greasy, just a nice simple hibachi. I had the shrimp hibachi and the portions were very generous. My daughter and I usually order Sushi from this restaurant and are always pleased with the food & service. Tonight we decided to add their shrimp & steak hibachi to our order and it was AMAZING! The rice & veggies were cooked to perfection, the shrimp are large, and most importantly the steak was so tender. Kyoto has moved to the number 1 spot for us. Decided to try this place for the first time as a last minute change of plans and boy was I surprised at how great all the food was. I ordered the spicy honey chicken bowl and this instantly is now my go to lunch spot. My wife and friends tried the sushi and chicken teriyaki and they were delighted with the taste, freshness, and overall service.
