Prices are expensive for what you get. Nothing special. Will not return. Not impressed. Nice new building though.

Living Vine Organic Cafe is a true diamond in the rough.
Everything here is organic, fresh, delicious, and made with real love and intention. You can feel the difference immediately. The food is clean, nourishing, and full of life. This is not just a cafe. This is medicine.
The people who work here are delightful, kind, and carry beautiful energy. That matters. Food is not only ingredients. It is also the energy behind it, and this place clearly operates with care.
I’ve traveled the world and eaten at some of the finest restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants. Most of them still do not compare to the purity, quality, and soul of what Living Vine is serving.
For anyone complaining about the prices, understand what you are actually receiving. Organic food of this quality at these prices is not expensive. It is a blessing. Most restaurants are not organic. Most places are serving processed, low-quality ingredients, and people have become so used to that they no longer recognize what real food is.
***Fort Myers should be proud to have a place like this. Small, organic, heart-centered cafes like Living Vine deserve real support and respect.***
God bless you guys ☦️💛

Pros: clean, wide selection of drinks and food, organic ingredients made with care, friendly staff, tasty GF donuts
Cons: portion sizes very small... I have ordered the salads but it is basically one light layer of lettuce for $15. I tried the fries for $5.99 but unfortunately the portion size was also disappointing. I know organic cost most as that is most of my diet, but more lettuce and fries wouldn’t be the end of the world for a budget I wouldn’t think. I also find it a inconvenience that they bring food to you but, not any silverware. I also wish the dishes were not plastic.
Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing but, could benefit from more plants and overall warmth!
I would love to support the cafe but, the portions to price point keep me from going more often. If the portions were more filling, I would support the cafe more!

Really enjoyed LVOC. Appreciated the clean food, organic everything, and seed oil free. Baked goods also excellent.
Food is good but pricey, and portions on the smaller side. Needed one of their made completely in house baked goods to top off brunch.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
8/10, would go back

One of the few places in the area serving organic and genuinely healthy food.
The space feels clean and recently renovated, with a cafeteria-style setup. The atmosphere is calm, and the combination of natural sunlight, real plants, and the small waterfall makes mornings here feel magical.
However, a few presentation details could make a big difference. The plastic plates feel out of place for a health-focused concept — both visually and environmentally. The interior could also benefit from replacing fake vines with more natural decor to match the authenticity of the food.
Service is excellent — the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. The music selection creates a relaxed vibe. Overall, this place stands out for its mission and freshness, even if there’s still room to refine the look and feel.
⭐ 5/5 — for concept, organic food, and great service. With a few small upgrades, it could be a perfect spot.

Ive been to this cafe for years since it opened up at its first location. Ive always loved it, felt welcome, everything was always delish! Im sure with their new re-locating that they have had to bring new workers in. With that being said, i probably stood at the counter for about 10 minutes with 2 workers right there working on drinks and neither of them looked up or said hello the entire time until i was ready to order. I almost walked out just based on the awkward silence but was really craving a juice so I ordered anyway then wanted to add a little bit of ginger to it. Im very well aware of how strong cold pressed ginger can be as i used to be a manager at a juice bar!! I can handle the heat, to say the LEAST! I received my juice and it was totally inedible with the amount of ginger in it. Completely ruined my day, tastebuds and im out literally 20 whole dollars because i paid extra for the ginger that killed me & i still chose to tip properly which i am somewhat regretting as i had received horrible customer service. Thats on me. Not sure if i will be back again.
