Great quality and quick service. Self order kiosks only seem to have the taco bell menu though.

No one to take an order. I was told there are only 2 employees on. No one even acknowledged us being there. 3 sets of couples just left. There was a kiosk for ordering, but was just for Taco Bell not for Long John's. Crap service.

Impossible for another restaurant to be this short on staff and filthy. I've been here 3tines each visit giving them the benefit of the doubt. Guarantee you'll not see anyone infront to take your fish order. The fish was criminal. Just soggy and sad. Nobody working has any sense of urgency

My only complaint is the put shrimps in my friends plate and she can't not eat them :( but we live an hour Away. So by the time we found it . It was to late to do anything about it

Now why would y’all sit here and give me this whole piece of fish on this taco like that?????? I really want my money back but I was on my way to work. And I had waffle fries that were too hard to eat. I was happy when I first got the fish taco and the first 2 times, it was made good. With the fish cut up. But now I done got this whole piece of old fish like uggghhhhh

It was a bit cold and the soda wasn't sweet enough I felt. Always loved their food, that doesn't change!! Next time I'll just ask for it to be made fresh
