I order the same coffee everyday from a different McDonald’s this one was 1/2 the size and $1 more. The people were rude and talking to each other when coming over the drive thru speaker. I’ve been a retail manger and owner my whole life. This place needs help!

I ordered food through mc Donald's app a picked items based on which items come with monopoly pieces . This is the second time I didn't get the game pieces. I asked and they said they do not have them any more yet my sandwich container has one and the game is not over until November 2. This dont feel right I will try a diffent location.

The Postman

Worst McDonald's in Ft. Myers. Took them 25 minutes of my food sitting on the slide to get my order put in a damn bag. The manager (dreadlock guy) seems like he does not help the workers. Just walks around staring at things. DO NOT GO IF EVEN JUST A LITTLE BUSY!

Ordered dine-in at 10:26am and had to walk up to the counter at 10:43am to find out where it was. Two employees walked past me before the third asked if I needed help. Ended up getting a 20 min old McMuffin but a fresh hashbrown. The lady apologized but it would be nice if her manager acknowledged anything.

I really wish I can give no stars. Their customer service is horrible to begin with and to make matters worse. I got handed a hot cup of coffee and the lid was not properly sealed so as soon as I grabbed it from the Employee, The top just easily popped right open, And spilled on me and my Car. I can tell it was completely full to the top. Anybody in the right mind would know once you serve a hot cup of coffee you do not fill it completely up to the rim, especially if you’re getting cream and sugar on the side like I usually order that is a no-brainer the coffee was piping hot and spilled all over my hand, burning me and getting all over my car door I was outraged. I went inside to confront the lady I didn’t get her name but she had glasses and had a Haitian accent , she did not apologize at the window and she certainly did not apologize at the counter. I asked and demanded to speak to the manager and she declined . She. says what can I help you with and I asked her again can I speak to the manager and she Told me that she wasn’t in today . so I just told her very frankly that I was upset because she burnt me because the coffee lid was properly not closed and she just gave me an excuse that the coffee lid was closed tightly and made it seem like it was my fault The way I Grabbed the cup from her My arms are not built like a bodybuilder, and I get coffee all the time and I’ve never ever had this issue in my life . and she also told me that she got burnt too , I did not see her get affected by this one bit when I was at the window and she has the audacity to blame it on me . shaking my head. I am so upset about this, and I will take this Matter further To a higher authority. I don’t care if you are McDonald’s you don’t treat human beings like this! .

The most experienced I've ever had there rude window staff at pick upbwindow they forgot my food the questioned me like I haven't just pulled off ill pass on them from now on McDonald's is bad for us all anyway
