Was going to contract this place for a 200 top wedding in South Miami but Heather’s unprofessional attitude was awful.

We moved back to the area after having been gone for 8 years and we forgot how wonderfully tasty and beautiful Norman Love Confections and Gelato are! We are 5 minutes away which we're happy about but could be trouble for our waistline!! 😆

We’ve been buying from NL since they were a new, single chocolate shop off Daniel’s in Fort Myers. It’s pretty frustrating to message your customer service team regarding an online issue with your loyalty points and then wait to receive an email several days later. For those who are regular customers and try to use your loyalty points, you cannot apply the code if you have ANYTHING in your cart that is on sale EVEN IF you have other items that are full priced. Why? Instead, you would make your customers submit a second order (and then pay a second shipping charge) just to purchase items with their code? That’s not right, I’m sorry. I’ll be using another local chocolatier going forward.

At Miromar outlets. Was a little disappointed. Had a pastry craving. Got a couple of the Blondies for a night time snack and they tasted stale/old or they were just a consistency that I'm not used to. Mini coconut macaroons were very good. Gelato was OK.

Cream candies look great but the taste is ok. The biscotti was really bad. Biscotti needs to be baked twice. No flavor and texture is way off.

Exquisite and luxury deserts, and chocloate. My wife and I experienced for the first time an amazing dessert experience. It's like something Parisian or beyond!! It is expensive, and on another level. Multiple flavors in each bite of the freshest chocolate, and the freshest delicate cakes you could have....The coffee and treats are nothing short of gourmet richness. One more reason to love the greatest state of Florida. Enjoy!!!

Phenomenal gelato. Their sorbets are scrumptious! Great place to come buy chocolates or get a cake for any type of celebration. They can make custom pieces also. One of my favorite places to stop and get a little something for myself. Try the coconut macaroons they're my personal favorite.

Seriously, the best chocolate in town!! They are delicious and beautiful whether for yourself or given as a gift. It is always worth stopping by.

What a great place! We got the White Chocolate Raspberry Dome and Caramel Tower, along with some chocolates - all of which were delicious!! I highly recommend this place if you are wanting to try something unique, fun, and flavorful.
