Kung Pao shrimp was so salty I could not eat it. When I mentioned it to my server, she took my plate from the table, then charged me full price for it, with no explanation. I took my team of four other people out for dinner and drinks. Nobody else in the team was happy with their meal either. I won't be back.

My wife and have eaten at many PF Chang's in many cities over the years and many times at the one in Ft. Myers. We have always been pleased with the food, often repeating many of the same dishes when we go. On our most recent visit to your Ft. Myers store, the server noted that it was his first night. He did okay and we were prepared to extend him some grace. However, our entree was served prior to our appetizers. The first appetizer was pan fried pork dumplings. They were so tough we had to cut the first one with a knife and then sent them back. The second order was acceptable but still not up to the standard we have known. The Spring Vegetable Rolls were dripping with grease. We wrapped them in napkins to soak some of it out before eating. Then, the Sweet & Sour Chicken, which was described as light and crispy and has always been, was everything but light and crispy...rather like chicken nuggets one might buy from the frozen food section of a grocery. We ordered WonTon Soup and Combination Fried Rich "to go." The next day, we heated the soup in a pan and it was similar to what we have had before. However, the normally delicious, moist fried rice we have eaten at PF Changs for many years was so bad we tossed it in the trash. In hindsight, although it was late and we were hungry, we should have sent everything back and left the store. We regret that we didn't! We feel like we waisted time and $85.67 for the most unsatisfying experience ever to PF Chang. We are not giving up on PF Chang, but will not return to your Ft. Myers store.

We have been here many times but it seems like this trip was different. Other than the BBQ ribs the food was nasty. Everything tasted bag. The low mein with beef tasted odd and the few pieces of beef were overcooked. The wonton tasted fishy. Even the chicken wraps which is a fav were nasty. The lettuce was crisp but the chicken yuch. The only reason we didn't make a big deal was my 91 year old MIL asked us not to. It will be hard to return.

Excellent service. Better here than in the Naples restaurant. Did as always was very good.

I go a lot in CA and food is spectacular. This was so bad I didn't eat half. Don't know why.

The table of 4 all agreed that there were changes to the recipes; particularly the lettuce wraps and not for the better. When first enjoying the wrap years ago iceberg was served. It was cold and crisp. The filling was crunchy. This did not feel good in the mouth. We tried the new teriyaki dish—so so and would not order again. The dining room was very busy; we had reservations for 6:15 and checked in about 6:17; at 6:45 we inquired about the reservation and then promptly seated. Food came out fast but a mediocre experience.

We had a great visit at this PF Chang’s in Ft. Myers. The place was hopping for a Monday night but we were still seated quickly without a reservation. The food was delicious and served quickly. Definitively the highlight of the experience was the service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and our server, Jeremy, in particular was fun and funny, while still being efficient and professional. Will definitely return!

Feb 23rd 6 pm at the bar. …..The bartender played with dog sitting at the table next to me for a few minutes….And afterwards took dishes out the dishwasher, washed two fingers and grabbed a clean towel. After I asked her to wash her hands, she nodded and said she did and continued to make drink’s contaminating everything she touched. Really disappointed smh .

Awesome place for out of town'ers but very cookie cutter. It tastes like frozen aisle food, the drinks were decent but happy hour is only for bar seats. Good size portions but a tad over priced

My husband and I go here and there and everytime we go we have great customer service from everyone but a waitress in particular provides that best customer service and suggests great recommendations. Here name is Mari? or something like that.. she is Hispanic… We don’t go often but when we do she remembers what we ordered last time and asks if we want to have our regular. We are always impressed with her 5 star customer service. we try to request her every time to be our waitress. Ofcoarse they are always packed, but that’s okay!
