The food was delicious and service was good. The only thing I don't love is the ambience and it can be very crowded and loud.
We live in a small town in MI and there isn't a Chang;s nearby, so when we saw one on a trip to Florida, we took the opportunity to visit. We're familiar with the chain from when we lived in a different state and always had positive experiences with dining there. Unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed with the quality of food at this location. Lacking in flavor and quality. The only positive was our server, who was friendly and efficient.
I wish the service had been better ... I was supposed to get a free appetizer, but was offered a free dessert instead ... as an afterthought. Did not seem to care about my rewards. My appetizer did not show up with the others. Felt like we were just left hanging several times. Will not return.
The food was good; the service was a bit slow. Sticky menus, they don't give you water unless you ask. They brought my margarita without a stir stick or a straw. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner but some of the regular table service protocols were off.
P.F. Chang's accepted reservation throughout the evening and continued to seat all walk-ins so the open table reservation was not honored. We were unable to be seated within an hour of the reservation, so we left. I checked on open table after we were told it would be "a while' until they had any tables, and they were still taking reservations with no way to seat them. The host did not seem to care. I will not use open table for this restaurant again.
Had a 7:00 pm reservation, waited well over an hour, front desk was chaos, zero help... walked out. Hard pass on this location....
We had made a reservation well in advance for 6 o'clock on New Year's Eve. It was just two of us. We walked in at one minute after six and we were told that it would be a little bit of a wait to get a table. They took our phone number for contact purposes and we went over and had a drink at the bar. When 630 arrived and we hadn't heard anything I went up to the hostess stand and once again we were told that there were no tables available. they had forgotten us. Long story short we received a table at 7:20 PM. Our waitress was wonderful however, the service was slow and it was a big disappointment. We won't be back for a while.
My only complaint was the noise level is quite high. It is hard to converse when the restaurant is full.
We have been there before and it was great but this time they failed on multiple fronts. They were mixed up when we arrived to our reservation and told us we would have to wait but then corrected. The waitress did absolutely nothing to make our experience pleasant. No discussion of menu items, specials, or anything about the restaurant. She dropped menus and walked away. When food came, she never checked with us to see how it was. She didn't bring serving spoons for sharing, I could go on and on. As for the food, some of it was very good. The sushi was excellent. A few of the dishes were good but most was mediocre. The experience was bad enough that I talked with the manager about it. He offered us $50 off our meal, and I was thankful for the consideration. Would I go back? Maybe but only based on my first experience there, and the manager's apology and credit. Very disappointed.
We had a reservation at @PK CHANGS however the hostess made us wait 20 minutes before txting our table was ready even though the dining room was nearly empty! Only 5 tables occupied in the entire restaurant!! After waiting 10 minutes we decided to eat in the Bar which was totally empty. The 2 staff all but ignored us for several minutes. After 10 more minutes we received a txt that our table was ready so we moved to the dining room. Once we sat down in the dining area our experience improved. The service and food were very good and as expected.

It was great and we enjoyed it! It was very chilly inside (for Floridians). The food is always great and the location is great too.
Group of 2. My partner and I wanted to try P.F. Chang’s for the 1st time & we were greatly disappointed… the food was just straight packaged food. We thought it would be just a bit fresh for it to be a dining dinner service. It was mid-warm food. The service and everyone was great, attentive. The place looked a big messy with food on the floor, but the food killed the experience in general. Coming back is definitely a no for 2026 and further on.

PF Changs-Ft. Myers was the perfect place to meet friends on what was a special occasion! Open table made making a reservation easy! The Hostess sat us at a perfect table out of the way of high traffic and noise! Highly recommend, compliment restaurant management as operation ran very well!
Last weekend was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The service was amazing and food was excellent. Way to go to management! PF Chang’s exceeded my expectations!

My wife and I dined at a high top in the bar area this evening. We greeted by Matt the bartender who was pleasant and professional. Matt was on top of his game even with a full bar. He made our experience excellent. The food was great as usual.
