Next time I want P.F. Chang's, I will go to publix and get the exact same frozen food and still pay too much. Chang's Spicy Chicken was so sweet I could barely stand it. Chicken lettuce wrap was watery and boring. We all paid extra for fried rice and there was a sprinkle of carrots, almost zero egg, completely boring. White wine, after waiting almost 10 minutes was warm and needed ice. I am not one for complaining at the restaurant as this is not about getting free food. We will not be going back.:(

I have always loved PF Changs. The food is delicious. Who doesn't love lettuce wraps and Mapo Tofu! The service is always professional and friendly and the atmosphere is clean and well-decorated. I recently had an issue with Door Dash which seems to be connected to everything these days even though there are hidden fees and service issues. Needless to say, I'm not a fan. But this review is not about Door Dash but about PF Changs. Regarding this issue, I had to contact the manager at PF Changs and she (Megan) could not have been nicer. She went out of her way to fix the issue in a way that exceeded my expectation. She even personally delivered my son's cake that Door Dash forgot. Good customer service can be hard to find, excellent service, nearly impossible. She and PF Changs did just that! Always a fan, always will be.
