My husband & I stay at this property at least once a year & although it is a rather large property it feels safe & secure at all hours. This is entirely due to their security staff. Or 1 of their security staff! His name is Scott. Scott is absolutely a huge asset to their security team! He is a body builder & looks very (very) intimidating…until you speak with him. I used suite night points for an upgrade. Easy friendly check in be prepared for a half hour ride from airport however if you're using Uber or Lyft. Ended up in a high floor corner suite in the Captiva building just ended up working out well for the view and quietness in the evening. This building also has its own swimming pool which is more private than the main building. It has a view of the causeway to Sanibel and the harbor area. Be prepared in the morning if you think...
