Asked if they have a mall discount and the person at the register doesn’t even check just blindly says no when I was told by a manager that they in fact you have more discounts for working in the mall. Couldn’t be bothered to

I use to be able to recommend this place (at least this location) as one of the best places to get chicken, but I don't know if they changed managers or what, but this place has gone down hill the last few years. I went there the other week and not only was my chicken overcooked in terms of the breading being hard and falling off the chicken, but there was one worker going around the KITCHEN spraying what appeared to be some sort of bug spray into the ceiling in multiple location. There is no way that is up to code. What an awful thing to see while you are eating.

Whoever was working the cash register at 3:32 PM October 24th needs an absolute attitude adjustment and possibly a new job. Never in my life have I seen someone so miserable at their job with the most disrespectful attitude to me and my co-worker who just came for lunch. Plus our food came out late and we were given expired coupons. Definately changed my positive outlook on this resturant and I will not be coming back again. Other locations I have been to are way better than this one.
