just ordered pizza from here and they got part of order wrong. called store just to let mgr. know that some of order was wrong and was told by employee to hold for mgr.was left on hold for 12 hour.tried to fill out survey online--no luck-would not go thru. tried filling complaint on website.wrote 1 paragraph would not go thru either [said invalid character entered] I feel like pizza hut could care less about customer service by making it as hard as possible to share my experience.
I ordered from here last night. I did the 50% off online orders. I did everything through my phone. I encountered an issue, called, and the employee helped me. Once I completed the order, I called again and spoke with the same employee to make sure I did it right. He assured me that I did. I apologized for being a pain...he said not to worry and that they want everything to be right. When I got there my order was ready. Great overall!!
