not from this place the food is never right this specific location , not only that the staff always bullshitting when I pull up to then notice my food is wrong asked for avocado got charged wasn't given .. this isn't my first rideo with this location from dry charcoal chicken it's a roulette at this location I wish the head of pollo would come investigate this specific franchise what the hell kinda people work here neanderthals 🤦🤷
Poor lighting to drive-thru access.
Orders not filled correctly: no tomatoes & onions included with Tropichop bowl, as ordered & specified on receipt.
I had to circle back to drive thru, as 2 desserts were not included in the bagged order. Once again, these items were specified on the receipt.
Poor efficient service on 2 consecutive visits. I will not be returning nor recommending this 12611 S Cleveland Fort Myers location to anyone.
