This place typically always doesn't give you your entire order. I'm a frequent customer. They always somehow get it wrong. I ask Sam to repeat the order back to me. It's correct, and then i'm missing food

Today 12/14/2024 I visited Pollo Tropical during the night shift and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and professional attention. I would like to especially highlight three members of the team who made my visit very pleasant:
