Had to wait to long for food and some stuff was cold and not right for the order had to clean the table on my own no one was cleaning tables when others got up from them

I would give 5 stars as the Mgr was really nice and patient his name was Alex but when my family everything was perfect. I went back for myself to get food, I ordered spicy, white and received a breast, leg and thigh I do NOT eat dark meat since I was younger but instead of asking what I would prefer as you should, he assumed everyone is the same I presume. I was too far to go back and I called for it to be corrected but only was able to leave a vmail. I never received a call back but he was great at his job aside from giving me the incorrect chicken.

Just went through the drive-through. And they told me to go inside because they’re not taking orders through the drive-through on a Saturday night.Lol

Today I try to buy the 5 dollars deal 3 pieces the chicken I my choice but the manager said no ,the manager said the deal included wings and is no true she need to learn more about the deal, I let the store with my hands empty and dissatisfied for the bad service.

The chicken was hot and fresh but they forgot my coleslaw. Didn't feel like going back after i arrived at home.

We gotta do better. Popeyes used to be my favorite now they just got bad. Got a 10 piece the other day and boy I was disappointed. 2 sides I debated on and the coleslaw on top of the nasty chicken they gave me messed my whole meal up. The guy Alex seemed like he hated his job. Never greeted me. Just came to the window opened it up flung my stuff to me and said condiments are inside and when I asked for honey and hot sauce he had to go back and grab it. Then I sat there because he closed the window so fast to ask for my receipt. I also asked for sweet tea which he told me they don't have they're making some and a very rude tone. Make sure to check everything before you leave. I definitely will of I ever go back.

Me and my wife went here and there was a lady named Miss K and she was such a rude and cranky lady.. we asked for a meal she said she only had enough for 1 cause she didn't wana cook more then same thing with French fries she's said I have to drop them in I said ok she would huff and puff like she didn't wana do her job.. If your upset don't take it out on the customer's.. I got 6 biscuits 4 tenders and shrimp.. asked her for hiney an grape jelly she only handed me 2 like are you serious... then she tried giving us old French fries cause she didn't wana make more i get it you close at 11 but we were here at 9:45 by ten o'clock , she was pulling the register out and running it into the back..

Just left this place. The lady in the drive-through was rude. I told her I wanted the strip box and then she just gave me shrimps only and said that I said I only want shrimp when I told her I wanted the whole meal then to top it off, she gave me the meal without any sauce after handing me the food at the window and slamming the window in my face not going to this place again
