Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’ve never in my life paid for such small pieces of chicken sides where two bites of mac & cheese maybe three same with the mashed potatoes they did not even fill the cup up. I literally got two bites out of the drumsticks of chicken that were the tiniest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The girl at the window was very rude. I paid over $15 for two sides two pieces of chicken in the soda and it didn’t even equal a quarter of a meal Not to mention the mashed potatoes were ice cold and so is the mac & cheese do not go here and I will never be back to Popeyes ever again

Slight mistake at the till. No biggie. But man I miss Popeyes. I moved to the inland northwest 3 years ago. No Popeyes unless I wanted to drive a few hundred miles.

I ordered coleslaw and instead they gave me rice.. went to check the receipt to see if it was just miscommunication but no. It said coleslaw on the receipt and they proceeded to give me rice with bean ??‍♀️

I wanted ranch.

I been in Florida for 2 years now Popeyes is my favorite chicken, in Jacksonville Popeyes the service is very Poor and rude and they don't know what they have on the Menu, I stop going after 3 different Popeyes I go the employees are rude.we move to Fort Myers and I give the Popeyes another change nit evert employees can't be that rude, very disappointed it's the same employees are rude it might be the State because in Washington all employees in Popeyes is very friendly so Popeyes lost my business never again going to Popeyes I can find some places for another chicken with good service.

I came to Popeyes to dine in but the young lady said she couldn’t take my order because it was only 2 people in the restaurant so she refused to take my order and than stated that I had to go to drive thru to get an order so I literally had to wait 20 minutes for cold food that was bad customer service if you can’t multitask why work the position all I wanted was a 5 dollar box never will eat there again

Don't come here. Had to wait, along with few other cars, for mils chicken to be cooked. What a shame!!

I'm from out of town working a few months here. I go to this location about once a week. The staff is always friendly, and very attentive to your order, if they are out of something they ask you if you'd like something else, with a good attitude. The place gets a little untidy at times due to the busy customers (tables), but otherwise this place is great.
