Rita(s), thank you. I finally found a great woman and your gelati locked it down! We pulled up and she was thinking about piña colada but it wasn't on the menu. She became indecisive: orange cream cream ice or strawberry. She couldn't decide. She wanted dat piña. Cars were pulling up from behind. The line was moving in front. I have been to several Italian ice places, and Rita’s has them all beat. On top of that we had the sweetest service, I wish I got her name, but I didn’t. She was so lovely!! I love Rita’s!! I’ll be back very soon!!

Jerry, who assisted us with our orders is wonderful! I would come back just to chat with him! Not the usual rude or dismissive employee you would expect at a place like this. Jerry is friendly, patient, professional, and awesome (no I did not know him before going to Rita’s 3 days ago) and the product is great also! Highly recommend!
