I want to know why you don't give people the option to say no tip ,because I was trying and a woman came to me and told me to pressure 1 to give a tip in the hospital and the truth is that I didn't want you because apart from to pay you and the coffee that you have to pay the employee. I have to pay a tip to the employee too now for everyone they want to tip these people like if they prepared coffee it would be a great thing the great job for the only thing I give tip for is for a server in a restaurant otherwise . I don't give tips to anyone, because preparing coffee is not a big deal and I'm not going to give it to you for a simple coffee, that they are preparing me when you have the duty to pay the employee not to give tips People assume that they are paying someone and they have to give them a tip for making them a simple coffee.do better and stop wasting our money this for a simple coffe

Bri is such a sweet girl she helped me out and is just a great person to be served by it would be a understatement to say i loved my service from her! She made my blended turtle the best iv had it so far!! She is such a great and friendly person i hope she gets the appreciation she deserves im so happy to have her working there!

I understand the need for hospital security, however:After a 5-min. walk from across the street to get here, I was told I have to have a photo ID to get past the front desk and buy coffee.Not cool.

Lexi and her team are really appreciated by Lee Memorial Staff. Sometimes it feels like our Hospital can't function without this store. Everyone at this location is very bubbly and always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to making the coffee. If someone needs assistants with the menu Lexi and her staff are more than happy to read & explain what they are ordering. I walk past this store 4 times a day and it is usually always packed but everyone is so very upbeat and positive. I am thankful to have a store that has a great workflow and can provide consistence with their coffee flavors. Keep up the fantastic work!

I sure do miss Chocolattes. Scooters prices are considerably higher. I purchased on of their tumblers over the summer. Considering the prices of the coffee I asked the barista if there was an incentive to purchasing a tumbler and was told yes, there would be a 10% discount. So here we are today, I went and ordered my usual drink and when given the total I inquired about the 10% discount. I was told there isn’t a discount. However all of the baristas have been giving me the discount. I thought to myself I bought your tumbler, the cost of the drinks is higher....so what’s the incentive to purchasing one of their tumblers? Most other coffee shops offer a discount. I not only use this cup while I am working, but also when I am out and about so they are basically getting FREE advertising. Well, looks like this tumbler won’t be used very often except for when I am home...even then maybe not.

I love Scooters carmelicious. I always support them no matter what state I am in. I tried to visit this location. The hospital would NOT let me in since I was not visiting a patient. I was very disappointed as the stand alone drive through is no longer there. Please find a location the general public can use.

I can't condemn scooters because they didn't do it but I have to tell you the lady at the front counter here at the hospital that wouldn't let me in there wanted my name address, shoe size and all kinds of other information and then refuse to let me come in to get a coffee from the Scooters location inside the hospital.The unfortunate part is the drive-thru Scooters location closed recently and there are no other ones open except in three hospitals in Fort Myers area what would you have us to do so someone from scooters needs to talk to this office manager here at the hospital at this location and tell them please allow my customers to come in
