I donât go to sonic very often. Usually only when Iâm having a bad day or I know Iâm not going to eat anything else. I wanted to split payment (majority cash, few dollars on card) which theyâve done for me before. I happily waited in line for 10 minutes. When I got up to the window I asked if it would be okay to put a few dollars on my card. She said âno we canât do thatâ so I apologized and bid them a good day. The girl in the window gasped like I insulted her mother...

Dakota has excellent customer service. He was patient with my fiancĂ© when he had questions about some of the food items. Dakota is patient and kind. Itâs rare to find good service at fast food locations, but Dakota is one of the good ones!
