In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Today we were pleasantly greeted by Keegan, his voice echoing through the monitor as it poured rain. He gathered our baked goods promptly and had a very welcoming presence. Though we couldn’t be greeted by him personally in the store, he made us feel welcome through the window. I have never had a better experience at a Starbucks. 5 stars isn’t enough to express how amazing Keegan truly is.

Katie and Fletcher were SO AMAZING. I dropped my drink in the parking lot and was so bummed. I had went to get my nails done as I was in a rush. I went back after my nail appointment and they re-made the drink for me no charge. They went above and beyond for me and truly made my day. <3

Starbucks has changed in the last few months or years. They used to be very unique in the way that they treat their customers with politeness and a smile. I think people are getting a custom of being number one and that attitude has transferred into their peoples skills, which is not good. You should always be humble, regardless..
