I ordered my coffee and this is the second time that they sent my coffee half , Some time ago also they have forgot my straw and I didn’t say it because mistakes happen all the time but one time is good ,three not.
Good location, music not too loud where you don’t have to walk outside to make or take a call. No locks from the outside on bathrooms.Service was good & friendly with smiles & helpful attitude. Otherwise a little above average.
Personally this is the best Starbucks in Ft Myers. I’ve visited several locations several times and I must admit that this spot takes the cake. Terri and her crew provide phenomenal service and honestly they’re the friendlier of Baristas in our local area. I wouldn’t bother going to another Starbucks as long as they’re here. Order is always right and speedy service 10/10 experience everytime
