Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers delicious chicken dishes, as praised by customers. The restaurant has faced challenges with food quality, as some recent guests noted that the standard of chicken fingers has declined. While the taste and flavor remain good, the quality of the chicken has not met previous expectations. Although there have been instances of subpar service and long wait times, the restaurant has shown improvement, particularly after hiring a new store manager. The night shift team is commended for their excellent customer service, although service can still be hit or miss at times. Customers have expressed appreciation for the freshness and tastiness of the meals, especially noting that the fries are among the best in fast food. Despite some past issues, Zaxby's continues to work on providing a more consistent dining experience and ensuring that their popular Zax Sauce is a must-try.
