Love the coffee as always, ordered my usual croissant and hot caramel macchiato. On a Tuesday afternoon, I was able to use the wifi and have no issues with the Internet speed, considering how many other people were also working. The staff were nice and the customers were also very considerate. Very busy as expected for the afternoon, the barista's customer service was polite nonetheless. Great Starbucks, wish I could make it my regular stop!

Kid-friendliness: It's more of an environment for older kids and adults. You don't usually see kids in there for longer than it takes to get their order.

I ordered 2 decaf coffees through the Starbucks app. Showed up 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t. Clearly the store didn’t even see the order come through.
The barista told me she would have to refund me because they “didn’t sell decaf coffee at this location.”
She refunded me but kept the $5 tip I left.
I threw my receipt in the trash and she laughed at me on my way out.
The parking lot for this location is impossible to actually park in. The drive thru lane blocks anyone from actually parking in the parking lot.
Will not be returning.

This place was terrible i gave them the money and they swore i needed 10 more. I ordered 3 ICED caramel macchiatos and they gave it HOT i speak clear english.

12 26 drive up woman at outdoor register yelled at me to turn my gift card around do she could scan it then told me o.owed her 15 cents so gave her a dollar then the gift card since it was no good anymore she said we don't have a garbage can with major frown so.i.placed it on ledge went to drive away she started screaming thank you for throwing your garbage out on a publi place yeah one day after Christmas..please quit

Customer service. Recently left cell phone. On Monday, Dec. 2, around 3:30 pm: Her coffee was scalding and had to add cream in order to drink it. She left her cell on the counter while adding her cream , went home (over 1/2hr drive). Immediately noticed her phone was missing. Called the store twice, only to be told the phone was not there, twice, surely by the same rude sounding person. Upon checking location with GPS, it was reported to be at your address. So: a return trip was made and the phone was located by the customer on the counter, in front of the barista. I know it was not her job to locate the missing phone, however, the courtesy of doing that would have been greatly appreciated. Courtesy ? Kindness? Humanity? Caring? Maybe this person deserves to have her job replaced by robotics.

I pulled into the drive through at 7:52pm, the order screen was lit up but nobody answered so I drove up to the window. The barista pointed to a closed sign and did not open the window. The store closes at 8pm.

I was js in the drive thru at 7:00 pm my barrista who took my order at the window was super unbelievably rude we were tourist and didn’t see where the mic was to order before the window she proceeded to not even greet us and say their was a mic back there and there is ppl behind u basically saying okay hurry up and order then LITERALLY ASKED IF OUR DRINKS WERE HOT OR ICED AND My 11 year old cousin who was ordering said ICED ONCE MY UNLCE PAYED HE APOLOGIZED for not seeing the mic and she rolled her eyes at him.then she gave us hot lattes a instead of iced and some other barrista took over because she looked mad when it was all her fault horrible customer service never coming back again !!!!

This store is always running out of things whether it's a syrup or cups. The service is just like McDonald's! I don't even get a welcome or thank you! Definitely not what I'm used to. No one takes the time. They are like robots. Not pleasant at all!

One of the few Starbucks with a useless outdoor seating section. Constant flow of traffic within feet of your chair. Loud and smelly making conversation impossible.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just wanted to let know barista Tori that she did not behave in a good way today. I was trying to ask her for a straw, but she would not look at my face, she just took the straw and threw it in the counter. Not necessary at all.

Baristas here are unbelievably rude. The barista who was taking the order couldn’t hear well, and I don’t fault her, but she kept loudly saying “HUH??!?” instead of something more polite like “could you repeat that for me?,” “pardon?,” “I can’t hear you very well, do you mind repeating that?”. My sister was past the speaker and just giggled about it because she just got yelled at for no reason and it is odd the barista was not polite. At the window, a different barista irritably scolded her and tried to correct her for just giggling about it. I understand she isn’t completely in the right, but for an adult to aggressively try and correct a minor who meant zero harm is absurd. This location has two baristas who were very rude.
