Poorly prepared sandwich, the instructions were not followed. The employee making my sandwich was on his phone and wiped his nose before putting on gloves didn't even bother to wash his hands. Gloves or not no one wants to see someone wipe their nose before preparing food. Unfortunately I had already payed on the app.

Placed an order online when I arrived to get it was told they don't have it. Rather than communicate or try to solve the issue got told if it isn't here they don't have it. Well one cashier decided to actually look in the system and someone else had received my order. Was no effort to make things right they sloppily threw my order together and sent me on my way. No professionalism whatsoever. Rude and unhelpful.

Had to give this subway 5 stars. It was absolutely the best subway we have been to in years. We usually try to avoid them, as they have let the quality go downhill. But this subway was outstanding.Place was spotless, even behind the counter. No loose food on the floor or on the counter. The ingredients were all fresh, even the lettuce, which at most subways is always old and brown.The sandwich artist was very courteous and friendly.Truly wish all subways were like this one. This one really operates the way they used to.

I went to this store and order a foot long, a soup and a water cup. I took a little bit of coke because I was feeling bad and I needed sugar, the thing is I dont even drink sodas, but I was needing sugar in that moment. So the manager, I believe is the manager because she is not dressed as a regular employee, she is just wearing sport clothes, she took one minute of her time to came and tell me: you order water ma’am coke costs money’ and was so unrespectful. If I could give 0 starts I will definitely do it. Many times coming to this store and this was a first time that someone treat me like if I was stealing something. Bad service with this woman

I ordered a cold cut footlong with double meat and double pepperjack cheese online but when my Son brought my sub home (we live less than 10 minutes away) the bottom of my sub was wet and soggy, though I did not order my sub with oil and vinegar and it did not contain any.Also, the cheese on my sub was white American but I specifically ordered pepperjack. Along with my sub, I ordered two raspberry cheesecake cookies but only received one.I called Subway several times and no one picked up the phone and after ringing many times, a recording ended the calls.Very disappointed

I was starving and I went to this place the person that was attending was sitting in one of the tables on his phone and I looked to the counter it was disgusting, pieces of food all over the counter where they cut, toppings mixed definitely not a good place to eat. Btw the sign is off at night.

Online order said ready in 20. Great. An it was I was outside when he put the order on the pickup tray. I get in my car drive out of the PARKING LOT AN TRIED TO EAT MY HOT JUICY SWEET ONION TERIYAKI SUB. BUT couldn't cause IT WAS COLD!!!!! CHICKEN AN ALL COLD!! Mind you I haven't eaten all day(my fault of course) not the point. Point is you don't serve cold chicken!!!!!! Especially if it was ordered HOT!!!
