Placed an order online when I arrived to get it was told they don't have it. Rather than communicate or try to solve the issue got told if it isn't here they don't have it. Well one cashier decided to actually look in the system and someone else had received my order. Was no effort to make things right they sloppily threw my order together and sent me on my way. No professionalism whatsoever. Rude and unhelpful.
Had to give this subway 5 stars. It was absolutely the best subway we have been to in years. We usually try to avoid them, as they have let the quality go downhill. But this subway was outstanding.Place was spotless, even behind the counter. No loose food on the floor or on the counter. The ingredients were all fresh, even the lettuce, which at most subways is always old and brown.The sandwich artist was very courteous and friendly.Truly wish all subways were like this one. Poorly prepared sandwich, the instructions were not followed. The employee making my sandwich was on his phone and wiped his nose before putting on gloves didn't even bother to wash his hands. Gloves or not no one wants to see someone wipe their nose before preparing food. Unfortunately I had already payed on the app.
