What a joke. Rudest staff ever. The people refused to take our order and forced us to use the kiosk, which was extremely confusing. I couldn't find what I wanted and took me over 10 minutes just to order 2 items. A worker walked by and I asked for help and he literally turned around and walked away. It looks dingy and old. They had a full staff and no customers but took another 20 minutes to give me my food.

A young lady that was working 11/05 around 12 pm was being rude. I was just asking for a side of cheese sauce because the ones they gave me were barely half full. I didn't mind paying for a side of the cheese sauce. She was just being really rude and making faces. The nacho fries were also barely even seasoned, most of them looking like regular fries. My potato taco was also extremely hard. The potatoes were so hard and none were soft and I couldn't even eat it. They are also not even taking the orders. You have to order at a kiosk. There were only 3-4 people working so I guess i understand them not wanting to take orders.

They would not take my order at the front counter, told me I had to use the kiosk was the only way to order. Not happy! They removed the Long John Silver's not happy! Food quality is okay I will not be returning.

The Box meals are the best. The one with the burrito comes with their new avocado sauce so it's worth a try. I'll give them five stars when they bring back the te quiero mi Taco Bell dog.

if i could give 0 STARS I WOULD!! car broke down in the drive thru, we got it the car out IMMEDIATELY!! we are waiting for a tow truck, and we wanted to get some food, keep in mind the car isn’t drivable.. i went to see if the lobby was open, some girl comes out the bathroom and saids we can’t come inside with no proper explanation so they asked us if we can use the car.. that can’t be driven keep in mind it’s common sense. the girl proceeded to ask me to make an online order, while stressed about our car not being drivable, made everything harder than it needed to be. i loved this taco bell now i hate it cause they had seen everything that was going on

What's the point of ordering online for a pickup, only to have to wait when you arrive 20 minutes later. Then you watch people in the drive thru pull up, order, and get their food before you? You guys need to work on this at the Dani Dr. location.

Ordered L1 two fish meal. Got 6 waffle fries in the box. Fish seemed dried out and old. Drove 45 minutes to get here and was disappointed. Make sure your order is fresh before you leave.

God.. where do I even start? I have got food poisoning twice from this place, and I moved here at the beginning of June. So that is only in just over the span of a MONTH. My brother wanted taco bell, I said why not, we were leaving Walmart anyways and this was the closest one. I had high hopes, since I had never got food from here at night and was hoping night shift was more responsible. I was very wrong. As somebody who has previously worked at Taco Bell, I can assure you that their beans are not supposed to be dry and crusty. Y'all need to put some more water in those beans like you're supposed to!! Food was warm but got cold by the time I got home (5 minute drive.) 3 hours later I am now mildly vomiting and have some stomach issues. I am not sure if they are not labeling meats with dates, not setting the hot station to the right temperature, but something is definitely not right. Please do better, the Taco Bell on Lee Blvd is much better and the extra 10 minute drive is so much more worth it to get food that won't make you sick. The first time I had to take a trip to the urgent care because I got so violently sick. I got a 5 layer burrito meal and so did my Brother, we both got sick so I am almost 100% sure their is some contamination in the meat ect.
Went at 6:30 pm and was told they weren’t serving Long John’s. The employee was solely concentrating on the Drive Thru window and could care less about us at the counter or to explain why LJ was closed. Bad experience every time I visit this location.
Fast polite people thru Drive Thru! My friends enjoyed they're orders, fresh and delightful.

I had an absolutely horrible experience today i got two Crunchwraps. And i got food poisoning i have throw up 12 times now and still feel nauseous never comeing back
