Great service. The lady at the window is so nice and she’s a great multitasker. 1015 pm, would come to this Taco Bell anytime over the rest she just made my whole night simply by being kind after a long day of work it is so nice to experience.

This review is for orders made inside. The drive thru guy was working hard and fast (I give him a 5). He had to go on the other side to help the girl making orders for the inside customers. She must have been on something going super slow. I think she may have walked off at one point. It took 30-40 mins to get our order. Our entire order was cold and soggy. The large nacho fries cartons were only filled halfway. What a rip off. Disappointing. Management: Order was 11/10/24 around 6:30 PM. Maybe look to see who worked that evening because I feel bad for the guy making the drive thru orders working super hard while his female coworker was lallygagging - not fair to him. Give him a raise - fire her.

Love Taco Bell but it's freezing cold in every single location. I understand the kitchen gets hot and I don't know if they can control it or not but every location in Fort myers and Lehigh is so cold you just want to hurry and eat to get out of there.

**Taco Bell: My Fast-Food Haven**
Taco Bell is my go-to fast-food joint. I absolutely love their menu, especially the nacho fries and locos tacos. They're always flavorful and satisfying. The service is usually quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is casual and fun. If you're a fan of Mexican-inspired cuisine, I highly recommend giving Taco Bell a try!

Ok for quick fast food. Nothing is outstanding here
While we were running errands on 9/27/24 I grabbed a few tacos. The first one hard shell taco supreme I lifted up to take a bite and all the meat fell in the wrapper. I went about my business and figured it was a fluke. The second one did the same thing and was too greasy to finish. I had an upset stomach all night. I may have to back away from one of my favorite fast food restaurants if that is what they are going to serve.

It is a nightmare for those of us who do food delivery like Uber Eats, they make us wait in line at the drive thru just like everyone else and we wait at least 30 minutes and the justification is that they cannot jump the line with us, it is assumed that those in line ordered after our customers, in the end many customers cancel
