Oh I love some taco bell, when I'm forced to run around the mall with the better half .when I have had enough of the shopping madness I just tell wife I'll be back ,I'm running to taco bell. I am disappointed that they have raised the price of sour cream . What now $1.00 .

On some occasions stores are listed online as open and upon arrival their actually closed. When I saw this store was open till 3AM I was skeptical but after a long flight this was the closest and to my surprise they were ACTUALLY open? . I was so happy, the food was nice & hot , got extra sauce im very pleased. Thank you!

I haven't had taco bell in a while. I thought it used to taste better. I had breakfast burrito with sausage and a beef taco. It wasn't flavorful. Salt may bring out the flavor. Price was high. I thought taco bell was inexpensive. What happened to this place?

Place was dirty, no tables were clean, trash and food the floor. The staff was inattentive. The food was generally fine but one of our burritos looked like it had mold on the shell, not appetizing.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!If you want to be ripped off go to any store from Venice to Naples. They do not participate with national promotions and are 50% higher than everyone else. Also not sure how sanitary this store can be. Neither toilet would flush.

There really isn't an expectation when you think about ordering fast food. It's quick and easy. This Taco Bell by far has the worst employees I've ever interacted with. First, the employees are extremely rude when they speak to you, and give you attitude if you ask for anything that has to disrupt them, God forbid they hand you a cup or a side of sour cream that was left out of the order. Second, there is not fast food to the fast-food thought. I waited 27-minutes for my food with me asking along the way where my order was with a response of "were busy" and "hold on". Turns out my order at the kiosk didn't go through and she had to manually find my ticket, but she would have known this if she answered me or if she asked why I was standing at the counter for so long instead of waiting 25-minutes to answer me. The employees will not take orders at the counter and force all patrons to order off the kiosk. One gentleman asked if he could order at the counter and pay cash and one employee in the back said "you're going to have to wait like 10-minutes. I'm busy". One of the employees, I think she's a manager, is lazy and pretends to be busy so she won't have to prepare food. She moves things on the counter back and forth, randomly checks things, and wanders aimlessly to look busy. Finally, there is not up-keep in the dining area. All the tables are sticky and dirty, and the floors are a mess. And the food, well it's Taco Bell, so it is what it is LOL

Employees are totally incompetent and so incredibly rude. Charged me for things I didn’t get, and when I asked for them they wanted to charge me again and give me attitude. Even after explaining they already charged me, they still wouldn’t budge. I just left instead of sitting there and getting angry. Most definitely won’t be back.
