We saw the Marriott advertise for their Thanksgiving buffet , thinking it was a Marriott We thought it was going to be top-of-the-line food atmosphere for Thanksgiving but to our surprise, it was extremely disappointing. We actually walked in questioning if we were in the right spot, they assured us that this was the correct restaurant the Tarpon. there was no table cloths it looked like it was set up for a casual lunch it had NoThanksgiving feel to the restaurant.Turkey was a processed turkey breast serve, not a fresh turkey there was no sweet potatoes There was no cranberry sauce, no bread, no crackers it was actually shocking and when you asked for these items they said they were not available. At the end we asked for coffee and there was no coffee . The waiter was so kind he went to the coffee shop in the hotel to get us two coffees. All the food was extremely average !I think they need to reevaluate that chef who put that menu togetherWe had a very disappointing Thanksgiving ,

Food is great. Service is great. It was way too cold at breakfast. My wife needed to wear a sweater. They said they could not control the

We were here for a conference. We eat early, no problem getting in. A lot of glass, a great view, but the evening sun so bright, I sat with my back to the window. Interesting menu, I had a really nice steak, my wife had the fusion bowl with shrimp. We both thought her choice needed some help. Lovely setting, very nice people. Resort prices.

We had a fantastic dinner! Our wonderful waiter, Mustafa made some great recommendations. The J*** Chicken was fantastic. We enjoyed the wine he recommended as well. We had the Key Lime tart for dessert. It was so delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Avoid the chicken pesto wrap (and/or anything that's in it) for awhile...I just went through the worst 12 hours of my life after eating here last night.

Expect to pay $25+ for breakfast. Dinner was too expensive for what they offered. Very similar menu to Charley's Cabana Bar.

The food had NO seasoning. The service was lousy. Me and other coworkers traveling from out of state attending a conference in the hotel. I had to ask another waitress 3 times to get us water and the starters. The restaurant was not too busy so I'm not sure why our server never checked on us. We ordered 3 different dishes and they were all unseasoned. The Philly cheesesteak was burnt. My fries were cold. Just a horrible experience.

We ate at Tarpon for breakfast, lunch and dinner at various times during our stay at the resort. Costin was our waiter at breakfast and was very entertaining. Joy and Pam looked after us later in the day and they were also extremely friendly and efficient. The food was always good - hot and fresh - with the exception of their waffle fries. The menu still calls them French fries but they are actually a very poor example of waffle fries - always over cooked and far too hard and chewy. That aside, we were really happy with everything else - and the pizza and burgers were particularly good. Nice selection of hot and cold food on the breakfast buffet.

I enjoyed eating a cheeseburger outside and had a wonderful view. Costin helped me and took the time to have a nice conversation. He also told me about a cool spot to relax on the beach and made sure I had plenty of drinks and snacks as I was leaving. I look forward to visiting again! Lovely place and lovelier people.

Evelin is absolutely amazing. Best server. Attentive friendly and very nice. The buttermilk pancakes are delicious and the sweet potatoes fries as well.

Incredible view, service was fantastic and food exceptional. And then the next day only one server( whom was awesome) found hunk of paper in sandwich and cold fries.
