Party of 12 just left Capital Grille. Service was terrible. We arrived at 3 and left at 6:30. We were ignored. We had to ask to order a cocktail. There was a lot of staff, all rushing around but ignoring us. We did not receive prompt cocktail service. Orders were not served for over an hour. We had no idea what they were doing.
