The employee didnt get my order right i wanted a #8 and #24. She gave me two of the same ones. Service is unwelcoming even i mentioned it was my first time here. They only put the icecream base & topping.. nothing in the rolls. Very dissapointed. Called right after and no one answered the phone. Have wanted to try this place for a long time and was super excited than all i get is chocolate icecream with a graham cracker and marshmellow. I feel like the employee truly was careless with my order by the fact she didnt care enough to make it right..

UPDATE: After discover another review (second photo) I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED AT ALL… She didnt even put whipped cream or the chocolate topping. I am requesting a FULL REFUND from the owner of this business. You make you rolls 100% perfect for your Instagram food influencers, but when I come in person this is what i got in REALITY.

Horrible, i just went there and make my order and never got it, the person working the night of the 23rd of july was so slow and didnt pay attention to my order and i did pay and stay there for like an hour and still nothing, i love the ice creams but the service was poor

Sign at store for advertising specials was not followed. Only one employee speaks partial English. When we asked why we didn’t receive the advertised bonus for spending well over the amount we were given attitude. Very dirty inside. Tables and floor.

I work nearby so, the first time I tried this place was pure spontaneity and didn’t know what to expect. I ordered the tres leches ice cream rolls and MY GOODNESSSS! It was so good! The portion was large and I couldn’t stop eating it. Filled with different textures and flavors, the ice cream blew my mind! That was a couple of months ago. Today, I was craving something sweet again. I ordered the Tres Leches Burugas dessert. It comes in an individual plastic container. Tres leches is a white cake base with 3 milks; whole, evaporated, condensed. It makes a delicious sweet and creamy milk pool for the cake. It’s is very very moist. The Burugas is a Cuban dessert from what I researched; to put it simply it is milk cooked down into chewy milk solids. It’s all mixed in the cake so, you have soft silky cake submerged in sweet milk syrup mixed in with chewy milk solids. You have to try it. I rate the dessert a 10/10. The ladies working today were very helpful, polite, and provide quick service. I look forward to trying this place again and ordering something new and different each time.

The place is cute, but the only thing you can hear is the 2 girls working there, talking. Maybe some music would be nice.
The menu is on a tv in the wall and it changes very fast so you have to stand there a good minute to really see what each ice cream has, a paper menu would be better and easier for the customer.
The ice cream i had tasted nothing like what it was advertised, just tasted like plain vanilla, and the sprinkles on the table had a weird taste, like they were old or veeeery cheap, but they were weird.
The rest of the food takes too long to be made, unless youre planning to stay there for more than 30 min.
Honestly i dont think ill be back, its a nice place but needs some work to be great!

Very bad place
Servers spend all the time talking between them and not taking care of the orders. Had to wait 25 min for a simple strawberry shake. They did not had none of the items We wanted either.Never again to this place.

Beautiful little place. Super friendly bilingual staff that explained everything to us as first-time customers. Delicious ice cream rolls. Will definitely be back!
