We met another couple for an early dinner and enjoyed the experience. We've been there before so we knew what to expect but our server was exceptional, Sabrina went over and above! Extremely friendly, very attentive but not obnoxiously. She had great recommendations for us and we never felt rushed.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Twin Peaks was disappointing due to the new manager, Petra. Her customer service was unwelcoming and honestly uncomfortable — instead of creating a friendly environment, she seemed more focused on watching people than actually managing or supporting the staff and guests. It’s a big shift from the positive vibe this location used to have. Management matters, and right now it’s headed in the wrong direction.

Greeted at the door with friendly welcomes and immediately was seated. I was waited on within a few moments with a cold unsweetened tea. I ordered a 14oz New York Steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well, but was a bit tougher than I anticipated. For the price of the meal especially that it had about 3oz+ of grizzle and fat, I felt at least a tenderer steak was in order; Nevertheless, I was hungry. The ladies behind the bar were very kind and attentive. A good hockey game was on the air and the crowd there were very much into it. It got quite loud and exciting as the Florida team was aggressively getting a few goals. To end the night, I also ordered the Twin Peaks Brownie Sundae. I enjoyed my night out. Great place but I’ve would definitely order something different next time around.

I wish I could give this place a negative 0. Server is unprofessional and seemed very annoid when they brought out the order. She insisting that she was helping and not my waiter. When she brought the food she slammed it on the table and yelled out the order. Worst service I ever had. My server was Madison and Winnie. The black hair was the worst.

Good place to have a good time, I went with my girlfriend who took me and everything was good. Nice, the girls who served us were very friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I recommend it and we will continue visiting it.
