We just had a beyond wonderful experience at wendy's! I brought my five year old daughter and my client, who has a physical disability with me and I can't explain how accommodating the staff was! It is often hard to go out and have a peaceful meal when I am taking care of my children and clients but everything was wonderful- from the delightful food to the amazing staff, especially our cashier Candy! Thank you Candy and your whole staff for a wonderful dinner and experience! We will be back soon to visit you đŸ„°â€ïž

I was in the drive-through I had ordered specifically two biggie bags with orange HighC for both with no ice in neither one I get to the window and she chose. the hand me the two glasses of HighC with ice in it. I told her I said no ice so she dumps the cup with ice in it into another cup makes that no ice. My drink is water down. Not very good. Not as sweet as it would’ve been. If she would’ve never put ice in it. I’m looking in the biggie bags. I told her no pickle on the double stack there is pickle on my double stack. And the fries are not very tasty either because they are lukewarm and hard. If there’s a Zelle Wendy’s treats, their customers why even be open for business I have asked the woman that had served me to just dump out the drinks and remake them. She refused and handed me the drinks. Anyway, I am not happy with my order and would like a refund, I don’t want a credit this food is disgusting and what makes it worse is I can’t take it back because I’m in an Uber and cannot afford to pay for the ride to come back to Wendy’s. I guess this is the new year that they start with when it comes to their customers ask me how my review is you get no stars be like you got one I do not appreciate how I was treated by the staff in the drive-through

My wife ordered a chicken sandwich. Got home and it was a spicy chicken patty. Turned around went back and switched it out , they proceeded to give us a chicken sandwich with jalapeño sauce on it. Asked them the second time I went “this is the original chicken sandwich right” they kept informing me it was. Just to get home to another spicy sandwich. Don’t go to this Wendy’s. The staff is rude and apparently have no idea what’s on their own menu.

Window. No personality. Burger meat was cold, no G her fault. not her fault. Chili was partially cold and hot, like microwaved. Not her fault. Asked for chili sauce. None. If they were out of it, then they should say so. I would have ordered something else. Not happy. Not a good experience. I've been there many times over the years. Was better then.

Mixed Experience – Great in the Morning, Disappointing at Night

I visited this Wendy’s in the morninga few days ago, and the experience was fantastic. The order was hot, everything we asked for was in the bag, and the staff was friendly, especially the young gentleman who helped me. No complaints there.

I arrived a week later near midnight with friends, placing a larger order for four people. This time, we weren’t as lucky. Not only was an item missing, but they were also out of Frosties. We only noticed these issues when we got home, so I called the store. The employee told us they didn't have one of the items we ordered and that if we wanted to pick up any missing items, we needed to return before they closed in just 10 minutes. We rushed back, got our items, and drove off—only to realize once again that another item was missing.

I understand that it was near closing time and that they might’ve been short on supplies, but paying for items and not receiving them is frustrating. Overall, I’d recommend this Wendy’s in the morning, but be cautious if you’re going later in the day.
