This order was placed 20 mins before I arrived. Stand in the store wile they just keep making orders for other people. This place is a hard pass. I asked who I think was the manger how long it was going to be. She started yelling at me. Told me they were short handed. That would be fine but you had zero cars in the drive threw and no one in the store..

All employees are talking about gossip in spanish coming from a spanish speaker and completely ignoring customers even though there are multiple people waiting and a line is forming. I then had to wait for almost 20 minutes for my food and then when I got it my order was wrong so i went to go ask someone about it and got yelled at and told to wait and i saw this rude behavior at other customers as well. Walked out with my food no bag or nothing. Disrupting service.

I got a burger combo and the burger was half the size it used to be and the total what's $12.50 for a dry and almost cold Burger

This genuinely taste like a whole lot of nothing. The sauce the patty the cheese. The bacon is weird it’s disgusting

Asked for not tomato and they repeated it “okay no tomato” but still gave me tomato. I asked for bbq for my daughters meal and I did not get it but want to charge me $1 for 2 more sauces but couldn’t even get the one that came with the meal.

The nicest cleanest restaurant I've seen and excellent service compared to Wauchula and Sebring
Had to wait over 10 minutes for 3 chicken Jr's and I had to go inside to get it, mind you it was sitting by the windows just not bagged chicken not even fresh, the manager at 5:24 on duty is talking to staff while others are on there phones...come on now

I was told by the lady behind the counter that I had to use the kiosk to place my order. I told her that I do not use those machines as I know that it takes peoples jobs away. So I said it’s called customer service and if you don’t want to take my order I will leave. She basically told me that I should just leave. I wish I could give you a name but I was pretty upset with the horrible experience I just had. If this is a management thing then you should definitely reconsider your decision.
The burger was cold but the fries were hot. There was no ice and the front of the building is under construction.

I went through the drive-thru to order some food like I do every week from here there is a new worker there she asked me when I was the only one in the Drive-Thru to pull around to the front of the building to wait for the food so that her timer would not go up I said no that's not part of my drive-thru description there's nobody behind me why do I have to move she said again for her timer so she wants me to go out of my way go around the building so I can go get food out of the front door delivered to me so her timer would be lower and look better that is a total lie on productivity she was the rudest kept arguing with me I had to roll up my window and tell her to let me know when I get my food I also said I don't even know if I should eat my food the way you're acting she said yes sir I wouldn't what a disgrace
