WORST experience at wingstop; and that’s saying a lot with how long it always takes to get my food. We arrived and it took over 5 minutes for us to even be greeted and helped. Then refused to help us when we had made a human mistake and accidentally placed at wrong store. I get it, human error on our part, however we called Wingstop and they said they can honor at the other store we just have to provide order #. Lady at front desk refused to help us and began to argue about the problem, we even had Wingstop speak to her and she was very rude. We ended up just placing an order anyways as we were hungry and couldn’t make the drive to the further store. After placing order we see she put our name as “broke”. Very funny haha. I understand human error, i’m a store manager myself in the food business, however her lack of customer service and willingness to make the moment right and help, and then proceed to make fun of us is what is crazy. Do NOT suggest this location at all.

I'm gonna be honest, this wingstop can be hit or miss. But when I went drunk Saturday night, right before they closed, wow this food was the best l've had. The staff was quick (for how busy it was) and efficient. Food was hot and they followed all of the food requests. Makes me want to go back again, thank you to the night crew :)

Walked into the restaurant and the employees didn’t greet , no problem but I stood at the counter for almost a minute before being acknowledged that’s poor customer service. You expect more. Moral is so low these day . I hope the is reaches the manager and owner .

On three different occasions when I order takeout food, they do not deliver the complete order and one calls to say that the order is incomplete and the Manager refuses to take responsibility.

I love wings.. I have been going to this Wingstop for years here. The food is good most of the time but the service absolutely sucks. Most the workers don’t speak English and are always short with people. Made an order online on Sunday night on way home. Never has it ever taken longer than 20 minutes since I’ve ordered in last five years here. Once I got email stating 50 mins I tried cancelling right away through email. Stated I needed to call store. When I called dude answered said he couldn’t cancel it, told him what my email said and he said no one was there to cancel order for me and I needed to call back. I asked his name and he said he wasn’t giving it to me and hung up on me. I let corporate know as that’s no way to treat anyone and they should have a cancellation button on the email at least in a time frame so that does not happen again.

Ordered online. things were missing, paid for upgraded fries, got plain. sodas are constantly out without warning. not only to mention, the young girl who always works the front, has a disgusting attitude.

Look, chicken is chicken, but when you add lemon pepper, voodoo French Fries and WingStop, you can't go wrong. All you need next is good friends or family to share the love!!
