My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Terrible service. Left items off order and refused to give me what I had paid for after driving all the way back to the restaurant. Never again.
I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
placed an app order at 545 for a 745 pickup, got there no order and asked them to refund my money, they refused, kept putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. The Westnedge wingstop is trash and the worst customer service. foreigners that barely speak English and had no idea of conflict resolution! they will not get my money ever again!
Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.
I swallowed 8 bones the last time I was here. I thought I ordered boneless, and the wings were just tough. I was wrong. My advice is to make sure your wings are boneless before you swallow them. Oddly I don't regret this, as it was the best meal I have had at Wingstop. If not for the very painful passing of the bones, I would be willing to try it again

Pricing is ridiculous it costs more to buy 8 wings per piece than 5. Each wing was almost 20 cents more to buy more wings that makes no sense. And the workers were clueless Update: I’m not blaming the employees I just said they were clueless why I didn’t say anything about them. I can’t believe I point out a discrepancy in pricing but I get snarky comments. I hope these commenters never get financially ripped off and no one listens.
If you have more than 40 minutes to wait for an order of wings this is the place for you!
I went in in Sunday night. 10/27 around 7pm. There were several workers. There was only one Togo order waiting. When I ordered a 6 pc boneless meal they told me 35-40 min wait time. Very disappointing. I drive from Estero.

DO NOT eat at this location!! It was the worst experience. From the service to the food. The guy working there was helping me, while on the phone. He wanted to argue with me about my order, just because he pronounced my name wrong. I could see my name on the bag and he asked if I was sure that was my order. Again, because he couldn’t pronounce my name correctly . ? We get home and open our food and the wings are dry with barely any flavor. Today my husband wakes up sick and throwing up. Luckily I wasn’t hungry last night and didn’t eat my wings. After this experience, a co worker tells my husband that he had a similar experience at this location and that they cooked the wings in advance and then just warm them up when someone orders. Other locations make the chicken fresh to order, which is the way it should be!!!

Food was extremely salty, even had to wipe off the salt from the fries but eventually gave up. Overall a waste a waste of money
