Absolutely horrendous experience Food that was to be ready on 30 min - was not ready even after 3 hours- so misleading information while ordering food And than the staff was rude and disrespectful No one cares Don’t care about customer service

Food was terrible. Paid $16 for 10 wings & 2 tenders. Wings were extremely small and very overcooked/ almost crispy. Tenders were barely edible, basically like tenders from Dairy queen. Ranch & blue cheese are an extra cost. I am not picky about food at all, look at my other reviews they are 90% positive but this was horrible.

I'm only giving this a one star because of the repeated problem.I frequently order from this location for my sons and in 7 out of 10 times something most often the drinks are missing. When I contact Wingstop, I am told to reach out to DoorDash and that they are not responsible. This repeated issue is unacceptable and I expect a resolution.

So I went to wingstop for my usual order and it was just terrible. They gave me fries with barely any seasoning and two four piece boneless wings instead of six. My girlfriends wings had barely any sauce they were mostly dry rediculus.

I put an order in for carrot for 1:30 I show up at 1:25 and say their still working on it , I said okay cool, 10 minutes goes by, 15 minutes goes by and I finally get my food , I didn’t say anything I said thank you and walked out, I get things get busy in a fast food restaurant, mind you no one said sorry about the wait not 1 time to me , I go back in because I need another ranch and this woman tries charging me for the ranch after I waited an extra 15 minutes after my pickup time. I said that’s wild and I don’t even get an apology? She needs to learn a thing or two about costumer service. Wingstop do better!

The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again

I genuinely cannot believe the circus I just experienced. I ordered delivery through their own app, paid for everything, and somehow still ended up with no extra ranch, no drink, and a meal that arrived SOAKED in fryer oil like it took a relaxing spa day in hot grease. I opened the bag and thought I was being pranked. And instead of owning it, they had the nerve to blame the DoorDash driver and act like he stole the ranch and the drink… as if he said, “Yeah, forget the food, lemme risk my job for a $1.25 ranch cup.” Be serious. Then—THEN—they told me they won’t give me a refund, only a store credit I have to use within 10 days. So I’m supposed to roll the dice again and hope my next meal doesn’t arrive floating like a deep-fried life raft? This whole experience was so chaotic I honestly need a refund for my time, sanity, AND appetite.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

The ridiculousness of the unsauced wings is crazy. I ordered the meal deal and none of the wings were sauced correctly. Straight up atrocious. I ordered 10 atomic wings and 10 spicy Cajun. Horrible. Every one involved needs to be fired.
