Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

The ridiculousness of the unsauced wings is crazy. I ordered the meal deal and none of the wings were sauced correctly. Straight up atrocious. I ordered 10 atomic wings and 10 spicy Cajun. Horrible. Every one involved needs to be fired.

Food was ok, at best. Would have been better if the counter lady paid attention. Back kitchen was pushing orders out, couldn't hear the names. When I finally heard my order had to wait for someone to come from the back, they started taking care of the new walking ignoring the 6 people waiting for their orders that were already prepared.

I don’t know what’s happening at this place, but they’re clearly not taking their business seriously. The customer service is terrible, the wait time is unacceptable, and the staff is clearly untrained and unprofessional.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I placed an order at 9:06 p.m., and the driver arrived at the restaurant around 9:30 p.m. to pick it up. At 10:00 p.m., he called me to say the food still wasn’t ready and he had no idea what was going on. I called the restaurant five times before someone finally answered, and when they did, the woman who picked up was extremely rude and told me they couldn’t even give me an estimate.

My order was finally ready at 11:50 p.m. — almost THREE HOURS later. For just 20 wings. On a Tuesday night.

Honestly, I always love ordering from here. They are usually pretty consistent on my order out of 10 times they might drop the ball one or two times. Over seasoning or under seasoning, etc.. but I still love ordering from here and if your management reading this, I guess just consistency is key- signed a loyal customer!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They need to get their stuff together. All the other Wingstop in the area are fantastic but this place is on a whole other level of terrible. I’ll be reaching out to corporate regarding this location.
