Saturday was customer appreciation day. Drove 90 minutes from Venice for my 2nd trip there. Excellent food but no veal clops again. Also fennel sausage is a little lite in fennel. Anthony was behind the counter and looked my way. I smiled and said hello. Nothing— not even a smile. He just turned away. Anthony if you’re reading this put a smile on your face when customers are around. You’re always there— take some time off and cheer up.

When they 1st opened it felt like the friendliest place on earth. Now Never know what kind of service you will get. Sometimes they are appreciative most times not.
