We always look forward to the ice cream after our meal. The last time we were there though only chocolate was available. We were disappointed because our family is a vanilla loving family...Of course we understand things happen ,but when I asked about it and nobody knew what was wrong with it or if was going to be back online soon. It’s been a while since I’ve been at a Jason’s Deli, but the group I was with, we all had a great experience. One think that I’ve alway liked about Jason’s Deli, is that you can always count on them having a lot of available seating.

I recently picked up an order to go and was astounded by the poor service. I'm recovering from a broken foot and struggle to get around easily. None of the 3 cashiers even acknowledge me and made me walk around to the other side of the checkout for the register. The only person who even cared was a manager working on something at a table near the register. He
